Feb 2026- AgronixDx Corporation Acquires Safeguard Biosystems Holdings to Accelerate Agtech Diagnostic Solutions
We are thrilled to announce that Safeguard Biosystems Holdings is now under the ownership and management of AgronixDx Corporation, a global leader in agriculture-focused diagnostic kits.
This strategic transition combines Safeguard Biosystems’ cutting-edge technology with AgronixDx’s proven distribution infrastructure to deliver fast, accurate, and scalable diagnostic solutions globally. By integrating these strengths, we can immediately scale existing platforms while rapidly deploying new technologies across broader markets, ensuring our customers experience uninterrupted service, enhanced support, and an accelerated pipeline of innovative tools designed to protect yields and animal health.

Nov 2025- DairyGuard® is highlighted in Journal of Dairy Research
We are pleased to share a new publication that features the DairyGuard® molecular microarray assay in the detection of Mycoplasma species responsible for bovine intramammary infections. This publication demonstrates the efficacy of DairyGuard's detection capabilities compared to standard culture practices, highlighting the potential of our assay to revolutionize dairy diagnostic practices and support udder health management.

Sept 2025- A Successful Showcase for DairyGuard® at the 2025 AABP Annual Conference
The Dairyguard team is back from a successful and engaging week in Omaha, Nebraska, for the American Association of Bovine Practitioners (AABP) 2025 Annual Conference. We were thrilled to exhibit at this premier event and connect with the dedicated veterinarians, producers, and researchers who are shaping the future of bovine health.
Our booth was a hub of activity throughout the conference.
